Momentum is Action Church’s annual student conference for middle and high school students. It’s a high-energy experience designed to help students grow in their faith and gain momentum to impact their world. The conference features powerful services, after-parties, small groups, and epic games we call... Tribe Wars. Whether a student comes alone or with friends, Momentum is designed to break down walls and build new community.

Financial assiStance
Financial assistance is available upon request for students who need support to attend Momentum. At Action Church, we never want finances to stand in the way of a student encountering God and being part of what He is doing at Momentum. If cost is a barrier, we encourage you to reach out so we can help make a way.

Momentum 2026 will be taking place at Action Church Winter Park - 1485 Grand Road, Winter Park, FL 32792.

Separating the Middle & High School experiences allows us to practically make Momentum the best experience possible with the amount of students we are hosting.

We encourage incoming freshmen to attend the high school momentum experience, but they will also be able to attend the middle school experience if they prefer.

Registration can be canceled and reimbursed up to 1 month before the conference. If you cannot attend and do not cancel before this date, your registration fee will be given to someone who is in need of a scholarship to attend. If you want to transfer your registration to a specific student, please contact rachel.vallery@theactionchurch.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We do everything that we can to make sure your student is in the right group for them. We encourage students to be open to building new friendships - new connections are part of the Momentum experience.

No, Momentum is a three-day conference but does not last overnight.

Students entering 6th Grade through students entering 8th Grade in the upcoming Fall are eligible to attend Momentum Middle School. Students entering 9th Grade through recently graduated High School Seniors are eligible to attend Momentum High School.

Students are encouraged to wear appropriate clothing that you can wear comfortably all day.

We recommend bringing something to take notes with and anything else you may need throughout the day. Please keep in mind that you will be moving around the building throughout the day. There will also be an opportunity to purchase Momentum merch so feel free to bring cash or a card.

When purchasing a ticket for Momentum, we recommend that your student is able to attend the entire conference. We understand that emergencies arise so if that is the case, please contact rachel.vallery@theactionchurch.com.

Our building is a background checked environment during Momentum. You are welcome to go as far as our check-in area with your student but beyond check-in we have our amazing student leaders and staff members who will be taking care of your student throughout the day.

We will send an email a few weeks out with exactly what food will be served for each meal time. We recommend anyone with dietary restrictions plan on bringing meals/snacks as we can not guarantee that catering options will be conducive to all needs. If your student has a life threatening food allergy, please contact rachel.vallery@theactionchurch.com.
